The ‘Get Me Before

I’m Gone’ Package

6-month engagement • $6,666 / month
Room for 1 author only

This is the most immersive deep dive into your brand legacy, and the final moment to work at this depth before I take my CCO position at Rise this summer.

For the author that chooses this package, we’ll have a strong foundation for continued work after taking my full time position. Once a foundation like this exists, we can easily glide into day long refresher sessions and content retreats (detailed below) whenever you’re needing.

The Soil Builder

Add structure, clarity, and sustainability to the foundations you have with strategy & design. This is a similar structure to the ‘Get Me Before I’m Gone’ package, with less depth & deliverables.

The Light Refresh

3–6 months • $1,555 / month

A focused design refresh for authors who are already steady and simply need updated visuals, ideas, or momentum.

This is for those that aren’t looking for strategy and instead want to focus investment on asset development.

Personal  Content Retreat

A luxury immersive creation experience for authors that want deeply resonant, art-forward content—created with intention, embodiment, and longevity.

$4,444 base + $2,222 / creation day
(2-day minimum local / 3-day minimum travel
—travel days not counted)
Additional costs: Travel, lodging, food, any outside
photographers or videographers if desired.

The Retreat

This experience is designed in equal parts to educate & create content. You’ll receive photos & video scoped to the content storyboard we design prior to the retreat, along with learning tangible skills to keep creating the content you dream of long after our retreat ends.

I’ll share the skills I’ve honed over a decade working as a creative director styling photoshoots to guide you through developing the discernment that makes content last.

Whether we’re filming content of you or of a location, you’ll learn how to think about creating images, how to see what isn’t obvious, and how to discern what details matter most.

Package Details & Deliverables

  • 1-2 months prior

    • Creative strategy session (additional days can be added if desired)

    • Storyboarding, shot lists, and content mapping

    • Wardrobe + styling support for longevity and brand voice (wardrobe not provided, we’ll create looks digitally for you to purchase)

    • Copy guidance and conceptual framing

  • 2 day minimum in Ojai, California; 3 day minimum when traveling

    • On-location filming—base price includes filming on iPhone & education for that process so you can continue creating content on your own with confidence. If you desire bringing in additional photographers or videographers, we can arrange those details. A combination is recommended if you’re wanting to shoot headshots or website content. iPhone is best for social media content.

    • Creative direction + somatic coaching on set

    • Guidance on presence, body awareness, and performance

    • Joyful, art-forward creation designed to feel sustainable

    • Teaching how to think while filming to get the best final product

  • 1-2 Months After Event—depending on amount & complexity of deliverables

    • Editing of cinematic reels, carousels, or talking-head content

    • Color grading and polish

    • Final strategy call: how to edit, choose, and utilize content

    • Education on impact-driven decision making to carry you through your solo content creation ahead

  • For longevity, you’ll recieve:

    • Physical hard drive with:

      • All raw footage

      • Edited footage

      • Final color-graded assets

    • Carousel designs delivered in Canva for long-term reuse

Pricing Details:

$4,444 Base Rate

This covers strategy, editing, and education that happens outside of the retreat days.

$2,222 Day Rate

This covers our full working days while on retreat. Travel days aren’t charged.

Additional Costs

  • All travel costs (airfare, airport transfer, etc.)

  • Lodging

  • Meals for days in transit & on retreat

  • Any additional professional services you desire (photographer, videographer, make up artist, hair stylist, models if applicable, etc.)
    If a professional shoot is desired while on retreat, we’ll discuss a full shoot budget prior to any bookings. This will be handled as an add on with its own separate strategy & production meetings.
