These can include stories that have remained in your family, or experiences you've had with this Ancestor beyond the veil.
Example: In my family, when you select the perfect size container to completely contain food leftovers, we call it 'a Lena' after my grandmother who always managed to do this. I like to think it shows how, regardless of how many people shouted, "Ma! It's not gonna fit in there!," she trusted her instincts and wasn't wrong.
Another example: My great-grandmother, Pasqualina, wasn't someone I knew about throughout my life. I only learned her name in my 20s. However, I have always had these 2 big black cats with me—kinda like gargoyles, watching out for me, protecting me. When I learned Pasqualina's name, I got full body chills realizing, she had always been with me.
Her last name was Puma.
